Olinka Vélez´s Coffee was born in 2010 in the Farm named Chorora located in the province of Loja, in Sozoranga´s town.
In 2012, she decided to sow around 10 different varieties of specialty coffee to understand how the coffee behaves in different types of soil and how resistant it is to diseases. She believes it was a great experience to structure new techniques among other 70 small coffee producers in the area.
The vision of Specialty Coffee is to build strong and long term business realtionships with the customers from around the world and to provide them with the best products.
They are continuously in the research of new techniques that helps us reach our biggest goal, which is to offer Coffee Roasters companies perfect coffee cherries.
